He gave us ideas to improve our home's appearance, moving items around to make rooms look bigger and more useful. We listed our home and it was sold in under 1 week. He advertised it very well. He handled all the inspections and paper work.
Mark did a wonderful job both times my wife and I bought and sold our houses. They know how to really make the home buying process so much more smooth. Mark sold our last house in less than a week. Would definitely recommend!!

We had our house listed with two other agents, for a total of 2 1/2 years, back when the housing market was at its all time low. Mark sold our house in a matter of months. He also managed to get us the house we wanted, when it already had an offer accepted, all while in laid up with back issues. This is the reason we went back to Mark to sell some property we owned. The property was listed, sold, and closed, all within 10 days. I would absolutely recommend Mark to anyone I know, and will definitely use him again.
