WOW! i am impressed when an office personnel communicates well, is sincere and helpful both on the phone and in person. Eye Associates was had all of these! The optometrist i saw was thorough but did not do things that was not needed in my visit. It is rare for an office to have so many wonderful and valuable assets. Great management, great staff, great environment—It was pleasant and refreshing! This sets them above everyone else.
This medical office is as good as it gets. Dr. Barad and his staff are friendly, professional and courteous. I was called at my appointment time. Dr. Barad is the type of physician I would also want to have as he carefully checked me, explained my diagnosis and treatment and took the time to make sure that I understood and was comfortable with his explanation. This office is exceptional in every way.
I am very cautious about my eyesight. Dr. Barad, Dr. Walz, the office staff and medical assistants inspire trust and confidence. Both doctors took the time to ensure that I understood and was comfortable with their recommendations and with my decision to proceed with surgery. There is a kindness about Dr. Barad that transcends expectations. I heartily recommend him to anyone who wants to see better.
