Buying a car was quick, painless, and actually exciting. Their staff were responsive, accommodating and honest ( even giving us a $45 return because of the difference of sales tax they could have easily just rolled into the price). They worked quick with our financing and delivered on the vehicle we were looking for. We will definitely be back for any future purchases!
Bought a vehicle in March and have had nothing but issues! I take it in for service and get it back only to find more issues. Refusing to cover the damages too. Have been in the shop every two weeks. Very unhappy customer and would not reccomend!!
Terrible customer service! We bought a used truck and it blew up 5 days after buying it from them and they would not do a single thing for us! Not even cover the tow bill. As a local & business owner we will NEVER recommend anyone to Baraboo motors!
We purchased our 3rd vehicle from them recently. Bart was our salesman, he was great!!
It's a joke nothing but liars and and rick is the worst one of them all he's is a fricken joke !!!!! I would never buy a car again from them I have a 2016 jeep worst experience ever a bunch of rude people!!!!!
