I bought the show/model home (2437 calibogus drive). I’ve spent the last few months fixing new issues coming up daily ranging from safety, construction, irrigation, workmanship, plumbing/sewage catastrophe etc. Not many jobs have been finished, and I’m paying for the consequences. The management team in customer are saying the warranty expired 2 years after construction. I only moved in 4 months ago. I’m paying several hundred dollars every other day to fix a new issue.
