Wings we ordered were good and as we requested (no seasoning). We ordered fries that never arrived celery that was supposed to be with wings was also an no show. the server never checked after the food arrived. Maybe it was too close to closing time…
When we first say down the table was dirty. We asked could it be cleaned and she did. We sat down for 10 minutes and was never served. We watched multiple people being served while we were ignored. So we left.
Stoped in for a bite to eat while waiting to board. No one greeted us, okay maybe an oversight due to being busy. Nope the service was just terrible, one person in particular was especially rude, A.J. Our tater tots were over cooked and beyond crispy. When my husband told him, A.J said “ that’s how we cook them” and walked away. No offer to assist, no suggestions. Just take it or leave it. There was one nice guy that had good customer service, I believe his name is Kelvin. Thank you, Kelvin for being pleasant and helpful.
Didn't have food, just a beer for $12 and a cocktail for$16. Typical price for an airport, ridiculous! The low score is for the terrible state of the tables. Couldn't find a clean one anywhere. There was plenty of staff but nobody was picking up dishes nor wiping tables. The bar person spilled ice on the bar and while we were having our expensive drinks we were trying to avoid the water from the melting ice.
