Service was friendly fast skilled. Food was hot and delicious. Cocktail was handmade the way we like it.
Abysmal. Server disappeared after taking my order. Thirty minutes later, when I asked someone else about the food, they brought out food that they admitted had probably been sitting there for at least 15 minutes. I wasn’t going to eat it, but the order was wrong anyway. The only reason I stopped in was because I used to live by Bar Louie in Chicago and ate there all the time. We did not eat, but rather enjoyed a bottle of prosecco. Andrea, the bartender, had s especially welcoming and very pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful experience 🤗
Standard expectations for airport food and service were met. However upon receiving our bill we found they had charged us $36 dollars for each of our vodka martinis. The receipt indicated that they were doubles but we had never asked for a double. Upon questioning the discrepancy with our server she told us "that's the way we do it for martinis". I asked to see the manager and she echoed that statement. I explained that we were never informed that we were being charged for doubles and that we have lived and traveled all over... read more
What a joke of a restaurant! Sat for 30 minutes waiting on my food (thankfully I had a delayed flight) and finally asked the waitress who indicated “well we’ve kinda run out of lettuce”. Wish I would have known that 30 minutes ago so I could order something else! Upon ordering a pizza and asking for red pepper and a water (neither which I received and finally went to the bar to get a glass of water) I got my pizza.
