First time here. Band was good. Wait staff was good. Food was good. Will be back. Thanks!!
I normally do not rate places but I was not satisfied, The bartenders at this place were very very rude and have no customer services and they made the drinks very weak, little to no alcohol. Thank goodness for their manager, he was awesome..

The atmosphere was nice but they had crappie service. .I ordered the voodoo chicken and 30 min later the waitress came back to tell me they didn't have the ingredients to make it so I had to order something else. We sat there for almost an hour before we received our food..

Walked in Wednesday night for a nightcap with my husband on date night. Sat for 10 minutes without an acknowledgment from any of the staff. There were maybe 20 people in the whole place. Pretty unacceptable.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN REGARDS TO THE BARTENDERS! WAS TOLD BY ONE OF THE MALE BARTENDERS "HE DOESNT WORK ON ZERO SO HE CANT SERVE US ANY MORE DRINKS" REALLY JUST AFTER ONE VERY RUDE. FIRST & LAST TIME TODAY
Dirty dirty dirty.... waited 10 minutes before was greated... bartenders never smiled... waiter seems lost or apathetic. I imagine this place management issues which create the culture. Been to bar Louis all over the country Chicago to Tampa. This place should be called frat house edition.
