First thing how about either replace or retrain your staff. Second how about some customer service... My wife and I stopped by for dinner tonight and we were extremely disappointed. After sitting at a table for over 15 minutes and not a single server even acknowledged we were there. We have been to this location many times and it just keeps getting worse. Slow service and I order Chicken quesadillas and my sever, placed it on the table, it was COLD AND IT HAD NO CHICKEN. We waited 45mins for drinks and food.. RIDICULOUS!
