Very slow service. I thought it was the location, but I've been to multiple locations and it's always the same. It wasn't due to being busy either. There were only about 3 or 4 tables being served. The food is very good, but I don't think I can take the long wait again.

My first time here.. the place is cool the food was good. (My sisters food was not, she sent it back and didn't want anything else)but we had a horrible waiter! Once we got our food he disappeared! Didn't check on us didn't refill one drink.. my ice has melted and the bottom of my drink was warm! I had to stop another waitress who was really sweet and helpful to get my refill to-go box and bill! He finally brought the bill and decided to take his own tip!! He never came back with my change! 2nd time to try on this place, same as 1st. Simply bad service. No nobody came to help us. They however helped the couple that walked in after we did.
The GM Crystal Oldziewski of Bar Louie’s Firewheel is outstanding!! The service has been wonderful since she has come aboard.
We've gone twice before but last nights service was horrible I found a hair in my food UGH which of course made me lose my appetite and we waited over 25 minutes for our second drinks. Need more bartenders or better trained wait staff Will probable be a long time before we go back Will stick to Fish N Tails in downtown Garland. Awesome atmosphere and great Food
The veggie flatbread was out of this world. My spicy Bloody Mary & service was also on point. Love this place.
Nice staff, cold drinks, bloody Mary's are good, must get the roasted vegetable flat bread!

HORRIBLE service, it took over an hour to get 1 drink when we mentioned to our waitress she acted put out that we said something & responded yes I know we are backed up at the bar. We had to ask 2 more servers before we got our drink!! Had to remind waitress several times of what we ordered! Kept having waiters show up asking if we ordered this they had no idea of what table ordered what!!! They were walking around with orders with no idea what table they went to! Flatbread was burned. Blackened chicken wasn't blackened. Waiter fairly inattentive. Not great for a 50 dollar tab.
