I went to Bar Louie tonight (Friday) and was having a wonderful experience. All my food, drinks and service came out WONDERFUL. Management and staff was great. There was a table of ladies to me causing a scene, the Manager handled the situation so promptly and calmly even with the ladies yelling and trying to grab her. She then came by and apologized to us! It was so nice see that she noticed it effected our dinner. We will be back!
Great service by Crystal! She was friendly and made my experience at Bar Louie a good one.

Great Atmosphere/Food/Drinks - Stopped in to try them out & was not disappointed
I have been to this location three times before but today was my WORSE experience. My friend and I sat at the bar and we had to ask our server Marcus three times for water and ended up getting it from someone else. We received our food and no silverware. We had to request silverware twice and had to wait almost five minutes after our second request before we received it. This is the second time in two weeks we’ve had awful service. I come here weekly but I’ll be going to the new resturant, Wildwood Smoke Craft Whiskey from now on.... they don’t seem to have as much staff turn over and their service is always above par. Visit Bar Louie if you want a wonderful cocktail, but don’t stay and wait for your food. You’ll be waiting a long while.
Good food and Anthony was our server and was great.
Brandi gave us wonderful service and the drinks were VaVavoooom!! �
