Waitress Was Super Nice. The Ugly Rude Bartender Should Of Not Even Worked There. It Was Completely Empty There Yesterday and Still Took 45mins To Get Our Food. Smh.
Visited Bar Louie last night and after being told to seat ourselves, 15 minutes later, no one has acknowledged our presence. Servers walked by making no eye contact. So we got up and left. All for half price burger night before the movie!

We stopped in to grab a bite to eat while waiting for our movie to start. Unfortunately we were not too impressed with our food. The service was okay.
Dustin (my waiter) was a sweetheart. Didn't rush me in making a decision and gave me time after ordering appetizer and a drink to order my meal but didnt ignore me or make me wait. He was very informative of the menu. Definitely gonna make this a weekly place
When one orders a draft beer, it should NOT take 10 minutes to get it! I've been to this location several times, and it is always the same...S-L-O-W, even when very few people are in the place. With a meetup group, I once sat for over 45 minutes without a waitperson asking if I wanted anything. On observing, it would appear that the waitstaff & bartenders enjoy babbling with each other much more than being attentive to the customers.
