Had lunch at Bar Louie yesterday with my husband & son. All the food was excellent! We will be back soon!

Went on Mother's Day. Not busy at all. Waited on appetizer 20 minutes. It was nachos! Seriously? Um Idk abt the rest of the food because I'm writing this while still waiting on the app! Not happy.
Dirty bar, dirty dishes everywhere you looked, and it stunk, no like a sweaty gym sock, stunk!!
Super slow service. Food and drink are slow to come if they come at all. Quesadilla was really good after waiting over 45 minutes to get it. Never got my burger the last time.

Every time I go I like this place less. You can genuinely feel that the staff doesn't care, and I've had to send back and seen more friends send back drinks than everywhere else combined. Maybe we just aren't lucky, but we will all be trying our luck elsewhere from now on.
I was with that group of 20 what a let down! Service sucked, food an hour later wasn't worth anything. The waitress waited on smaller tables much better and had them in and out in no time the only time we got anything was when we asked for it. Not going back don't waste your time unless you are just going in for drinks only.

We had a party of 20 people. Alcoholic drinks came out fast, well made. Waitress was hit or miss to get anything. Waited over an hour from ordering to getting food. Couple wrong items. No condiment until mgr came out. Another hour before checks showed up. Will not be coming back. Will spend my money where the service is better. Should not go out for a great time only to spend it frustrated.the food was not good
