Louie Charlotte is on my short list for good eats, good drinks and friendly service. Bartender Jamila is the sweetest, and really knows how to pour a proper martini. Server Brittany is on-point; she steered me to best menu picks and delivered superb service. Highly recommend this spot!

Started out good, ended bad. not all food came out at same time, had to continually ask for utensils. Daughter and her friend both ordered macaroni and cheese with bacon, but barely any bacon on it. My martini tasted like pure olive juice. my son had diarrhea about 1 hour after eating his dinner. My chicken sandwich was not that good at all. Not charging 18% gratuity for a large party! Everyone should be able to leave a tip that they prefer!! I wasn't going to pay it, until my oldest son told me to go ahead and do It! And also not my type of crowd! Just went there for my niece's surprised b-day dinner! I won't be back and besides, I don't live nowhere near that side of town anyways!!
Understaffed. Crappy service.
