A group of us decided to go to Bar Louie as the establishment is one of the only restaurant/bars open on Christmas. Montrell was our waiter and was absolutely amazing. He did great with the limited resources and horrible bartenders that he had. My husband ordered a drink, it was made incorrectly. Montrell sent the manager over (which was also the woman bartender) who did not introduce herself or say anything besides “what do you want?” He ordered a new drink from her, which was never made nor delivered. some of the slowest service I have ever seen on a non busy day
They told me my food was taking so long because the burgers were frozen and it takes a while to cook. They were out of coke, out of fries, and out of pulled pork. Worst experience ever. I have been here for an hour and half and there’s barely anyone here and I still don’t have my sliders.
