My adult daughter and I went to Bar Louie this weekend for dinner. When the waitress came to our table, she didn’t even say hello, just looked at me! I said hello, hoping it was just an oversight. She didn’t return to take our order for over 15 minutes, which was frustrating as we watched her talking to other waiters and on her cell phone. Our food took a long time coming (in a virtually empty restaurant) and was cold when we got it. Horrible experience!!
My husband and I have never had a bad experience here until tonight and we generally don’t like to complain. But we ordered the hummus platter and asked for it to just be all normal hummus. It comes out as pesto hummus, we ask if there was a mistake. We are then told it wasn’t a mistake, it is all they had and will likely be removing it from the menu (confusing because we were never told this before it made it to our table). Come to Bar Louie and request Eshon! He’s the best server. Super friendly and knows all of the best food on the menu! Made our lunch experience great!
Had lunch with my sister and Eshon was our server and holy crap. He made our day! It was like having lunch with another one of our friends. He introduced us to the best appetizer ever and it was life changing. Great atmosphere, great food, and always a good time!
