I will not come back. I use to bring my family. Not anymore, due to unfair service.
Business response:
Hey, Vanessa! DM us the details of the service you received, we'd like to look into this ASAP.
Kudos to the management staff for a quick response to an employee error.
As a police wife, I'd like to thank you for your quick response to the actions taken by one of your employees yesterday. I understand in business, the actions of one (or a few) employees do not always represent the thoughts of the organization. The fact that you owned up to the mistake, apologized, and attempted to make it right immediately speaks volumes to the type of organization you are. I'm a believer in 2nd chances, and I can tell you that this police family will be giving you one. Thank you.
Your lack of respect towards people that parked in your lot in order to pay respect to fallen Officer Blake Synder is inexcusable. Other businesses around you were welcoming people to park in their lots. Your response today will forever be remembered and shared among the law enforcement and first responder families. We are much larger than you realize. Your establishment is now on the do not patronize list and this will be passed on. Shame on you!
Business response:
Steve Morgan, sorry about our actions. Hope to make it up to you and the community on Nov. 9.
There are lots of ways to show support. Telling people they will be towed if parking in your lot while waiting to show their support for Officer Snyder is not acceptable. I have been to your establishment before but I will not be back. I hope the local law enforcement is up for the inconvenience of helping you the next time you need it. They will literally die to protect you, but you won't give up parking spots to support them.
Business response:
You're absolutely right, Kristel. We are very sorry for what happened today. In honor of Officer Snyder and his fellow officers, Bar Louie will be hosting a Louie Loves event all day on November 9 at each of our St. Louis locations. 100% of profits from these events will be donated to BackStoppers in Officer Snyder's name. Please see this for more information. https://www.facebook.com/BarLouieChesterfield/posts/1796924703889211

Wish I could've given 0 stars. Not allowing members of the community to park in front of your business to show respect for the fallen Police Officer is just awful. Total lack of respect to all first responder families. I will make sure to pass this information on to others in hopes that they don't EVER come back there!
Business response:
