Went to meet my bestie for happy hour today....sat at bar...Tracey the bartender was awesome. Excellent customer service skills along with the best personality . She made our happy hour very happy ... lol;) great smile!!!!
Came to the bar today to meet my girlfriend for drinks. When we sat down at the bar Tracy our bartender was amazing... she immediately took care of us and made our afternoon... thanks Tracy...
Service was horrible....my friend didnt like her food she wasn't offered an alternative and told we can leave and the food was on them....... It was my birthday...extremely disappointed
The food was great but the service was the worst I have ever seen! Asked for ketchup 4 Times, then finally went and took off a dirty table, no one cleaned tables the entire time we were there, at least 2 hours because that’s how long it took! The bartender was trying to bar tend and waitress, there were only a couple of tables of patrons! The food was hot and delicious and that’s what was most important! I hope it was just a bad day!
Not impressed at all. Food was not bad but service was horrible from walking in the door. No hostess to sit us so we had to ask what we were supposed to do and was told to sit anywhere (way to greet your customers) nothing is worse then ordering an appetizer and getting it with your meal!!!! What is the purpose of an appetizer then we asked for lemon for our calamari and to refill our drinks and our waiter never came back. EVER! Sitting here now and am disappointed. Drinks are either flavorless or are so strong I would be afraid to drive home after just one. When my wife complained about her drink the server attitude was horrible. Very few customers on a Sunday afternoon and I can see why. Much better places in chesterfield to try.
Loved it! Waiter was awesome, staff very polite and welcoming! We will definitely be back! We had the tatchoes and thought they were delicious!
Always great food and good service. Great patio. Reasonable prices as well.
