I had to call Bar Louie from our table just to get service to come to our table to give us our tickets. Waited lengthy times for service and turn around time for drinks. Third time there and last time too. Sorry, but service is always terrible.
Bad sevice
service, once again, in a completely different state, just as bad as in Ohio. and again, place was pretty much empty. when it takes 30 minutes a drink, why wait??? won't be back.

Maybe it was just because it was a Sunday but our service was extremely slow. The Bar Louie in Chesterfield was not busy ... lots of empty tables ... and some wait staff was just sitting at a nearby table just chatting. We met another couple for drinks and appetizers ... our waiter forgot to enter our drink orders - we had to remind him. He appeared to be ‘in the weeds’ but he only had 2 tables. We kept waving at the staff (just sitting) to get more water but they ignored us. I enjoyed my experience at Bar Louie in Hartford.... read more

RecommendedBrad was an amazing server, he made sure we were taken care of the entirety of our time at Bar Louie and he made sure our bottomless mimosas were always full. He is the reason to go to Bar Louie in Chesterfield!
