I am not a fan of Italian food as it is typically heavy and uninspired. Bar Dough blew me away .. Chef Carrie is such an amazing chef and she brought the dishes to our table herself - this shows class and care for her clients and her food. My pasta dish was incredible. I will return to dine here again and highly recommend it to those who are looking for a new twist on pasta :)
I am a big Top Chef fan and Chef Carrie is awesome, the food was delicious and our server, Chris, was great.
