This is THE best place in Portland to host a party. I spent about 6 months searching for a place that was available and affordable. Bar Carlo was absolutely perfect for everything we needed! Rather than renting a hall and hiring bartenders, or trying to buy out an entire bar or restaurant, they have all the infrastructure in place to host a great party without the cost of a buyout since they're only open for brunch. I loved it. Prices were reasonable and food was tasty. I would highly recommend the cafe de olla. So yummy!
Great brunch options, and kid friendly. I ordered the Monte Cristo, and my wife had the Elite Hash. Both came out quick and tasted great. Great place to stop in for a quick bite.
Authentic fresh Mexican food done with great attention to detail. Presentation was stunning with generous portion sizes. Service was delightful, and each table had its own unique flower set. The owner even came out to answer questions about the cooking process, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.
