We order their grill special with two orders of chops. We picked our food on our way back home to Austin from Houston. The grill was terrible! No taste in chicken tikka and very dry as if there were precooked and dipped in red color. Chops were horribly burnt and no taste. They charged us 35 dollars for 10 burnt chops😡 . Never going there again. On top they made us wait 30 mins for all this terrible food
A customer will never forget a bad service, they will forgive the bad food. Whoever is standing at the counter is not doing justice to the owner. I drive 30 miles last week ordered food to go, come home, just to find out that order is all messed up. An honest mistake, yet frustrating. I called the phone number. I typically never leave reviews but just had to. Recently moved to Austin, TX from Houston, TX and have been looking for delicious, authentic Pakistani food ever since. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with BBQ Inn. I will for sure be coming back and as soon as this covid-19 pandemic is over, I will bring my parents, who are from Karachi but have been living in Houston for the past 40 years. Amazing food with so many mouth watering items on buffet menu. Every single item was very tasteful. Good ambience. Great customer service, manager was very courteous and kind. We went late for dinner buffet, but still all the items were available unlike many other restaurants.
I like this place so much! The food is delicious. Excellent service! And good price. I highly recommend to come. I will come back!
