Bar is our favorite weeknight spot for dinner! Not only is the pizza amazing but the beer & wine list is excellent as well. The entire staff is fantastic and keeps us coming back.
I went here for my birthday this past weekend and it didn't disappoint. We ordered the bacon mashed potato pizza which has long been a favorite of mine. Pizza was yummy, salad was yummy, and my shandy was delicious. The service was good as well. We went around 3pm on a Saturday and waited 20 minutes for a table, but it was worth the wait and once we were seated the food came out fast. Overall, a great experience!
Best pizza around! Amazing environment, whenever that incredibly rude bouncer isn’t working. Has no respect, literally almost just walked out. I don’t know why this place keeps him, everything is perfect about this place but him.
Don’t get me wrong, this is my favorite place to get pizza in New Haven. However I’ve had several issues with an incredibly rude bouncer. On more than one occasion he has been unnecessarily rude and confrontational. My friends have had similar experiences. Not a fan.

Unique atmosphere, friendly waiter, salad was great, pizza was great ( first piece shouldn’t have been cold) but I would go back maybe in the warmer weather to get a warmer pizza

I was forced to leave after dining with a party of 12 because I had a cap on. Seems like an unreasonable dresscode. If that is your policy you should tell people before they sit down and eat with a large group, order multiple rounds of drinks, tip your employees well and then get kicked out because they have a baseball cap on. I will never eat or drink here again and if I can, I'll make sure fewer Yale graduate students patronize your pretentious pizza place "with a dress code" as well. Seriously, you suck.
