I am not a patient, but I called the office to schedule an appointment. When I selected the option to schedule, I was directed to leave a message instead of speaking with someone. A phone is a lifeline for any business, and the way calls are handled sends a message about how much you value potential patients and customers. Showed up for appointment that was scheduled 45 days in advance. They were not ready for me as I waited 2 hours for my name to be called. When I asked the lady how much longer she said, it might take another two to three hours and looked at me like I was stupid .The waiting room had people in it waiting longer than me! There is a sign they put in waiting room to “keep a good attitude while waiting” . They are telling customers that when they overbook to just sit here and take it with a good attitude. Incredible. Waiting to be seen by this doctor for almost 3 hours is disrespectful and inconsiderate. This is now the third time. Changing doctors. Also, staff is not very friendly
