I told them I had a severe allergy to ibuprofen. They still prescribed me ibuprofen. I suddenly get the bill show up on credit report from date of service 3/20/2016. They are lucky they aren’t getting sued. Why would I pay you $505 for prescribing me something that could kill me? This was substandard care and negligence. I called the number: (866) 822-0284 to discuss and was cussed out. The person on the phone admitted both that you all knew I was allergic to ibuprofen and that you still prescribed it. My mom has been in their care since midnight on Sept 15 and the only reason I have had contact with a case worker is because they wanted to figure out payment plans...and a doctor to find out why the nursing home brought her....both around 10am. I've had to call 4 times to get a nurse to give me an update. 2 hours after I was told the night nurse would call I had to call instead and she had nothing more than what I received from the doctor 12 hrs prior. Considering I am her power of attorney, we are in a hurricane so I can g... read more

Just came in for an appointment today that I waited two months to get (I’m an existing patient) and they CANCELLED my appointment without contacted me. This is not the first time they’ve done this. I called yesterday, they pulled up my information and CONFIRMED my appointment. Not only did they cancel my appointment but the Doctor seeing me has been out all week. RecommendedWe love Dr Flurry, he has a great bedside manner, very much into his patients well being. Our Family has been going to him and appreciate the kindness of him, the nurses and the great office staff. Everyone is so pleasant. Never a bad experience....
