Let's see if the Chief Nursing Officer returns my call tomorrow. As a healthcare provider myself, I am ASHAMED!!!! BSA should and could do better!!!!! I will be calling Medicare, the State of Texas, The Board of Nursing, and the good ol boy's at Texas Medical Board by end of the day tomorrow!!!
Unfortunately' I had the responsibility of taking my 82 yo mother to this ED. We all know ED across the country are basically not good but this ED is a poster child of incompetence. However ' in this town ' Northeest is even worse so you have to decide the lessor of 2 evils. Long story short and hopefully to get the point across of the complete callous of this place....In the patient room there is a COVID fan/FILTER...it os very loud as even stated by an RN one different shift.
