Exceptionally pleased with my experiences at Baptist South. To begin with there is very good security day and night to make you feel safe. I've had several experiences there recently and everyone has been very helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and have gone above and beyond to help support my family. Personally, I had surgery there with great doctors in two different specialty areas attending to me and a wonderful & pleasant nursing staff on the 6th floor helping me as I recover from a car wreck, broken back, & surgery also ... read more
It's a must you have the patience of a saint coming to Baptist South emergency room. It doesn't matter how early or late you get here you will still be waiting 3+ hours in order to finally see a doctor.
The care my husband received while in out patient surgery was great. They care about their patients.
My grandson was in a car wreck staff including reception staff was amazing informative and friendly.
Always lovely staff members and great service.
