Well they talk good and everything but please do not go to them after you with them all they do is miss appointment the nurse who gave my mom her bath never clean her all over which my mom never liked I always had to go after her and clean the rest of her body then after my mother passed last Sunday no one called to send their condolences not no one but her nurse and other staff from kindred hospice did go out their way and called us even after we left them because they cared go to them they reallly care about their Patients... read more

RecommendedMy geriatric mother was sleeping a lot and was running a fever. When it got up to 101, I knew it was time for me to take her to the ER. My sister suggested instead of going to Jefferson Highway to go to the one in Kenner. I had the best experience ever at this facility. My mom was in the hospital in 2017, and my dad was in the hospital from 2009 to 2012 off and on. So I dread hospitals. RecommendedI had surgery this morning at 7 I’m already up I feel fine. Dr. Heap is amaze balls!!!! I have had teeth removed before at another office and I wasn’t able to get up and run around my face was all beat up. But not this time. The girls in the office are SOOO SWEET I literally had the best experience.
