Was seen here for almost a year and made hardly any progress. Nurse practitioner Audra Marcum acted like she didn’t care, very nonchalant/passive, and talks about patients before they're out the door. No doctor overseen any of my treatment/visits in this span until very last visit. they then acknowledged they didnt think that I had the condition they had treated me for for this whole time period.
Knowledgeable staff. Not too bad waiting time..
When I moved here 20 years ago this is where I went, after too many bad experiences at Lex Clinic Pulmo, glad to be in the hands of capable staff and physicians.
Dr. Meenach and staff are amazing. I am so grateful that they care for my Dad. We have had some scares with his COPD and the doctors and staff at Baptist Pulmonary are always there for us. They promptly answer any questions we have and call in refills and prescriptions when needed. The level of care they have for their patients and their patients family is the way all healthcare professionals should aspire to be.
