You get what you put into this program. Dr Um was my favorite. Thank you. Meds perfectly adjusted. Spent 2 weeks inpatient monitoring lithium and depakote levels.
My psychiatrist in January of 2019 was very helpful. However, he failed to recognize a domestic abuse scenario. I could have gotten hurt.
Just like the other review states. They promise one thing and do another. My son was having adverse reactions to his medication and apparently dr Diaz didn’t understand what I was telling him. All he did was kept increasing his dose. Because of the issues my son was having they were suppose to do FMLA paperwork and dr Diaz filled out one part of the paperwork and “didn’t feel comfortable” filling out the rest?!?!? so i scheduled an appointment with these people to get a neuropsychological evaluation on my son. Mind you there are no in network providers on my insurance plan. I called and explained my situation, that i would need a letter written and sent to my insurance company so they would make a PTO exception and cover the testing. I was told yes they can do that but I would have to pay outta pocket for the initial visit. No problem.
