I've been so disappointed with the care and service at Mandarin Pediatrics. My husband and I had multiple issues with them not being able to see our kids the same day they are sick and had to go elsewhere. The front desk staff have made many mistakes including giving us another child's shot records, providing false information on their contact methods (we were told they could only do post card appointment reminders, which is so 90's), we were told we were behind on shots when we were not and we provided proof, etc. One time ... read more
