They informed me that I would need to call Aetna to change my PCP because I will not be accepted as a new patient but my Aetna portal has this location listed with my PCP. Major inconvenience
I waited nearly an hour for my appointment in an empty waiting room after signing in before finally walking out. I'm not quite sure why I would make an appointment if I'm not going to see a doctor anywhere near that time.
