My 85 year old mother-in-law says the one elevators has been out for 3 months. She almost fell down the stairs taking her groceries up the stairs. It’s a senior building, no way it should be one elevator. Next why is the elevator out for three months, she said they’re waiting on a part for 3 months. This is unacceptable that the owners would not do something abiut the one elevator in the building being out for senior citizens. Where the living is EASY. Great atmosphere with Seniors who enjoy living in clean and caring environment.
One of the best places I have lived. Staff is awesome. It is clean clean clean! Things actually get fixed in a timely manner!
