RecommendedBeen here a couple times with my daughter, once for my husband and twice for me. Wait time was not that bad and doctors listened and answered every question i asked. Every doctor that has taken care of us seemed nice and listened to what was wrong. Some of the nurses were great and caring, others you could tell would rather be elsewhere but the good outweighs the bad.
Everyone was so polite and explained everything well.
I took my daughter tonight and the staff was so nice!! Dr. Chima Matthew is sooo great with kids and did an amazing job with my daughter!! I also loved the medic Tracy I believe was her name. She was awesome as well. This was a pleasant experience despite my daughter being sick. I highly recommend!
They did nothing to help my son, sent him home with a 103 temp and a high heart rate. Told me they think its one thing but did nothing to verify diagnoses. All they wanted to do is get my son out of there
Your ER wait time is 3 HOURS and counting! We’ve been here twice before and your wait time has been consistently long. This will be the last. You got to do something about this.
