I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable from entering hospital to register until we left! Dr Cavaliere is great! He took his time to hear what I needed to ask and answered all my questions’! Very patient really concerned about my needs!will definitely recommend to others!
Very nice and informative doctors and staff. We didnt have a long wait for our appointment, within 5 minutes they called us back. Very happy with the efficient and professional atmosphere. We will definitely be referring our friends here.
The receptionist is helpful to patients with visual impairments. I can’t say the same for the physician I saw twice. When I requested assistance to navigate to the checkout desk, I was given vague directions after which the doctor walked away. I had no time to get clarification. I can handle poor understanding of patients with vision loss as I’m used to this from the general public.
