Lost my temper and had an attitude because of the long wait but once they came in they were very nice and polite. The male nurse was very knowledgeable and the doctor was friendly and very helpful. Thank you guys for being patient with me.
I give 0 stars. NP had HORRIBLE bedside manners. Will never go there again. She SUCKS!!!!!!
Worst experience EVER!!! My 20 month old daughter needed 3 stitches for a head wound and it took over 4hrs waiting to see a doctor!!!!!! We felt our concerns were not taken seriously and was the most frustrating experience I've ever had at a hospital. The doctor seemed inexperienced and unorganized. Hospital felt dirty and gross and we felt ignored..
