Worst experience EVER!!! My 20 month old daughter needed 3 stitches for a head wound and it took over 4hrs waiting to see a doctor!!!!!! We felt our concerns were not taken seriously and was the most frustrating experience I've ever had at a hospital. The doctor seemed inexperienced and unorganized. Hospital felt dirty and gross and we felt ignored..
I appreciate the ama,ing care I received under Dr Cummins directives on 9/19/2025 at BMH-DESOTO Emergency Room. All staff members were courteous, respectful,friendly and concern for my issues.So thanks everyone ;the admission staffers, labs, x-ray and special labs staffers.,AND nurses Madison and Erin.Love each and every one of you
Waiting time is terrible - too long - so I left without being treated The ore— treatment was good but I could see that it would be too long befor me 2 minute x-.ray so I left deciding that’s it
