Would give 0 stars if I could. Total lack of empathy, integrity, urgency, and concern. From the front desk to the patient care room, each experience here has been from my worst nightmare. This review box couldn’t contain the pages of notes on negligence and straight up errors that summarize my time under their “care”. Please read reviews and go literally anywhere else but here.
Complete waste of time and money. No help at all. Very unprofessional. Will not be back. Heard the provider mocking me to the student who was shadowing her as I was walking out. That’s on top of the lack of care and professionalism.
I have waited a year to get into them. They called me an hour before my appointment and canceled. It’s the second time I had to change it with them.
Kayla Bodree did a procedure on my daughter today she was amazing and even though my daughter got tearful she showed so much compassion and heart in what she does thank you!!
