I’ve had awful experiences with Kayla Bodree in the past, with her not heeding my concern about my c section scar opening and the pain around it (my c section scar did in fact open up and it was infected). She was cold and almost seemed annoyed I was there. I decided to attempt to go back to her about a year later, as I could get in the same week, and it was a huge mistake. One star is too much for this establishment. I called first thing in the morning yesterday TWICE about an urgent matter of severe pelvic pain and loss of mobility on my right side. Each time I talked to staff then got sent to voicemail. I had to go to the ER. Over 8 hours after making the calls was when they got back to me. I wasn't able to answer the phone, if that was even them, because I was mid pelvic exam in the ER. Upon leaving the ER i was told that they should be calling me first thing in the morning. Would give 0 stars if I could. Total lack of empathy, integrity, urgency, and concern. From the front desk to the patient care room, each experience here has been from my worst nightmare. This review box couldn’t contain the pages of notes on negligence and straight up errors that summarize my time under their “care”. Please read reviews and go literally anywhere else but here.
