Receptionist and Office manager refused my appointment due to me not signing the consent form I told her it has vaccines on it and I would put no vaccines next to my name as I always have there she said no they won't see me,I have never had a problem before so basically I was refused healthcare because of it.Guess they just push vaccines.I have been going there awhile no problem before but will find another provider besides Baptist from now on.Complaints will be filed with all pertinent agencies.
Never had a problem until the last year. You only care about getting as many patients as possible and not caring for the ones you already have. Can’t get ahold of anyone to make appointments , called yesterday no call back. Absolute garbage . I’d rather be sick than deal with your offices .
