If you go for a free "healthy you" exam (offered by most insurance companies), don't answer any questions the doctor asks about specific ailments. Otherwise, they code it as outpatient consultation and you wind up paying the full cost. Impersonal, distracted staff... not a warm, family environment. Will not be returning.
Won't return phone calls. Prescription was sent to wrong pharmacy. It's been two days and I have no medicine
The worst day of my life! I have never been treated so badly and talked to like a nobody! I will never come back here! Thanks God for the black manager guy cause I might would have got out of line in there! I expect more from nurses like a little professionalism! I was recommended to come here by a friend and I really wish I hadn't took their advice! This clinic need to be on the Southside!
