Been waiting in the ER for 5 hours!! RIDICULOUS!! No processes!! Whatever Administrator is over this area needs to be FIRED!
One star because that’s the lowest it can go. A family member was rushed here by ambulance and I arrived and was completely dumbfounded at how unorganized and nasty this ED is. Patients lined up on the wall.
I am Cancer patient..I presented to the ER with breakthrough pain at the advisement of my MD. I waiting in the lobby for a hour (which is not bad) to be seen in fast track by a PA. After providing my entire hx including my patient portal the PA said the she needed to do a full cardiac workup for Jaw pain with a known Cancer dx. I've been a ER nurse for 27 years with a specialty in trauma. Somebody needs to make them hurry up been here waiting on a CT for 2 hours been in pain the whole time and still not a step further than I was when I walked in the door
