From check in at ER until discharge and leaving the hospital staff was attentive, caring, professional and competent. Kudos and thank you to Dr Kailes and ER nurse Holly. Also, thank you to those who took care of me in the Progressive Care Ward, nurses Danielle, Anne, and Taylor, CNAs Bella and Sharai and Dr Hujan, the hospital doctor. And a big thank you to all those in the Cath Lab.
Easy check in process for the mammography unit. No long waiting time as I was taken back for appointment on schedule. Nancy, the tech performing the mammogram, was professional and gentle. She informed me in advance of the next screen that she was doing.
