I recently visited the ER under the care of Dr. Woods. From the moment he entered the room, his cold and sterile demeanor was apparent. While I understand that ER physicians work under immense stress, this should never impact bedside manners or professionalism. My experience with Dr. Caro was one of the worst encounters I’ve ever had with a medical professional. She was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the very start. Instead of listening to my daughter, she cut her off repeatedly and basically called her a liar—incredibly disrespectful and completely unacceptable behavior from someone in emergency medicine.
