Their Med Surg on 3rd floor is LOUSY My mom was admitted to the isolation and bed rest. NO bath was given her in 3 days nor a wash cloth to clean her hands and face. No excuse for this lack of care. A simple ask for coffee one morning got a rude response. SMH She is making progress at the rehab hospital thank goodness

They are not sanitary and do not have much knowledge. They are not a kids hospital.
