ER one of the worst I have ever been in! There were a few staff members that I would say were ok, only saw those few a Few times. extremely dirty in my room most of my room staff had that zero care factor you should never feel that way when you're sick enough to be there in the first placr

The wait is ridiculous from signing in to seeing a doctor, some nurses are rude and the doctors are as well. Every time I come here I’m here at least 4 to 6 hours and the doctors love to send you home with very little information, I just hate it here! Worse hospital ever

Worst hospital experience of my life. Only on the floor, ER and Testing were excellent. All of my doctors are Baptist affiliates and I have had decades of excellent service. My problems were all with inept, ill trained, and poor attitude RNs. 2 were excellent, one was bad, and one was dangerous.
I had hip surgery last week. The surgery and care was exceptional. The staff were amazing.
Everyone, Doctors, and nurses, have been so very kind and extreamly helpful.
We are from Georgia ..my son fell at Adventure Landing and busted his head while trying to help a child that was going under the water..went to the ER was their maybe 45 min..a hour at the most..4 staples in his head..and the staff were so nice and helpful!!!
