Brought my son in for a head injury requiring staples. The staff could not figure out how to probably weigh a 2 year old, first off, so had to just give them a estimated guess. The doctor placing the staples did not clean the wound or trim her hair before placing. He had to brought back the next day for some being loose and not properly placed, and was of course billed for both days. when paying for one bill over the phone I was over $1,000 for an already paid account instead of $185, and then had to wait weeks for a refund.... read more

The surgery center was very clean and cozy and all of the staff and nurses were so wonderful and made me feel very comfortable.
