Shady billing practices. I do not recommend. They bill for the machine after u own machine in 10 mths after contract fulfilled. I think I am going to report them to Medicare for questionable fraudulent billing

Enjoy the staff during visits! Extremely frustrated that billing never answers the phone. You leave a voicemail and if you miss their return call, two days later, you’re back in the same phone tag loop all over again. PLEASE fix this!!!
I'm finally able to receive an infusion therapy treatment for repeated C. Diff tomorrow and it's because of the ladies here - Amber and Amy. Ive been suffering since I turned septic in April of last year, and I'm hopeful to keep hearing good news. The next step is scheduling a fecal transplant, and Amber is working so hard to find somewhere that will take my insurance. Thank you for caring, listening & including my family in this, as well.
I had home health visits from Baptist Infusion nurses and also had supplies delivered weekly following a surgery. They contacted me prior to each visit to schedule a convenient time, were always punctual, professional care was provided in my home including dressing changes, blood draws, and education on changing my IV bags daily. Supplies were delivered on time and I always received a call prior to delivery to see if I needed anything.
