I went to this place today. I had one simple question. I was talking to a guy at the front desk but a lady from the back office joined. She had hard time communicating in English. She said I have to make appointment, which I was okay with. I asked her if this office is a public/government office or private and which she had hard time understanding. Muchisimas gracias al abogado Alex Camacho y a todo su equipo nos ayudaron a obtener la residencia permanente a mi esposa y a mi, también cuando nos llamaron a entrevista a "uscis" nos prepararon muy bien. Saben lo que hacen !!!

Alex is a good lawyer, but the receptionists are so rude! I was just trying to get some copies, and those ladies told me they'd call the police if I didn't leave. They treated me like a criminal, even though they never answered the phone. I thought it would be better to go in person. This happened earlier in 2025.
