I am not one to write reviews but today was the exception. I can honestly say I am disappointed with West Kendall Baptist. My pregnant fiancé went to the ER with horrible back pain. She was taken to the OB ER and had a diagnostic work up to see if they baby was ok. Thankfully everything with the baby was alright. There was some waiting which is to be expected from a ER. The thing that gets me is that not one doctor, PA, or NP saw her. No one came to examine her. She only saw three different nurses. How is that acceptable? We... read more

RecommendedJust had my one year check up after my second hip replacement with Dr. Courtney. I should be the president of his fan club because he changed my life forever by performing two amazing hip replacements. He and his staff are professional, caring, and comprehensive in their treatment of their many patients, I have never felt rushed during any of my visits and have always been treated with the utmost respect.

RecommendedEverything about Dr. Courtney‘s office is professional. His staff is magnificent they go out of their way to help you. I was in a good deal of pain and had an appointment the following week but they worked hard to get me in sooner. Staff is trained very well and they do their job well I would recommend them. Dr. Courtney explained everything to you in detail so you know exactly what’s happening. I would highly recommend Dr. Courtney to anyone who might need his services.

My daughter just had her son there. They incorrectly put in the Anesthesia tube and she DID NOT receive tanything for her pain!! it ALL went on the FLOOR and the Anesthesiologist saw it and so did the Dr. She ended up having a C-section after 5 hours of labor with NO medication!! Laziness, incompetence gave her the WORST experience instead of the most wonderful one because THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB RIGHT!
