Baptist Urgent Care in Shelbyville took amazing care of my son when he fractured his foot playing soccer. He was nervous about the X-ray, but the staff was so patient and kind that he left smiling (and acting silly, as you can see!). As a local Realtor, I’m always looking for trusted resources to recommend. Fast, professional, and caring….exactly what families in our community need.
The nurse assigned to me was so rude. From the moment they called me back from the waiting room this urgent care seemed a few step down from everywhere else. Very poor service. Wouldn’t stop here again if I was dying. The doctor I spoke to seemed nice and professional and the ladies at the front desk. However that all gets ruined if you get brought back by the rude heavyset lady. Very rude very unprofessional, this is supposed to be a doctors office where anyone can feel comfortable, very much not the case here.
From the receptionists to the nurse Marie to the doc Corteney... absolutely AMAZING staff! Everyone was so helpful and so friendly! I sliced my thumb pretty good and they glued it and told me exactly what to expect now and later. I will 100% recommend this place. Also, I was in and out in less than an hour!
