There's always long waiting times because they refuse to hire more care providers. The waiting room is always hot during the spring and summer, and one of the care providers stuffed ear wax into my ear with a q-tip and I had to go get them professionally cleaned.
Fast in and out and some of the kindest staff I've ever had the pleasure to meet
Doctor was rude -my grandson wasn't completely diagnosed- and the prescription he was given wasn't what he needed. Do not recommend this place.
Took my mom in today for what we thought was pneumonia and asked for a steroid shot. The physician said it was likely a pulmonary embolism and said to go to the ER. After four hours and multiple tests later, turns out she had bronchitis and only needed steroids. An extremely expensive mistake that could have been avoided if the physician listened to what my mom was saying. The same physician had also misdiagnosed hives when I had gone there last year. I would recommend going literally anywhere else but here.
Best Urgent Care in Madisonville. Always friendly, fast, and professional. We have been here several times with our children and for ourselves. We have never had a complaint.
