Very rude staff from check in to out the door. Waited forever in a dirty waiting room for a pre employment drug screen. The lady then proceeded to put the cup of urine on her arm to check the temp. Who does that?! Clearly lied and said it wasn’t enough and told me I couldn’t leave the building. Very easy check in, short wait time and appreciated the care and concern the staff showed me.
Do not go here. Waste of space and land on an urgent care that doesn’t care about people. Turned away a 4 week old baby because “we don’t see infants you’ll have to take him to the ER”. Where’s that policy noted? Thankful for Norton immediate care less than a minute away that happily saw our baby. Didn’t have to go to the emergency room. Do better Baptist.
Unprofessional and gave me the wrong medicine for my cough. Asked insensitive questions that I had already answered previously by the nurse assistant. Invalidated my concerns. Mixed my swab results with another person so I have to redo everything with my primary care physician on Monday. Worth the wait to know everything will be done correctly.
I found out that because of medical conditions: Lupus,Asthma - I can’t take Doxycycline Mono 100 . I informed ARNP that I couldn’t take Doxycycline can’t take Ultram r/t taking B/P medication, Anxiety, Depression. I was not happy with my visit.
