Do not go here. Waste of space and land on an urgent care that doesn’t care about people. Turned away a 4 week old baby because “we don’t see infants you’ll have to take him to the ER”. Where’s that policy noted? Thankful for Norton immediate care less than a minute away that happily saw our baby. Didn’t have to go to the emergency room. Do better Baptist.
Unprofessional and gave me the wrong medicine for my cough. Asked insensitive questions that I had already answered previously by the nurse assistant. Invalidated my concerns. Mixed my swab results with another person so I have to redo everything with my primary care physician on Monday. Worth the wait to know everything will be done correctly.
I found out that because of medical conditions: Lupus,Asthma - I can’t take Doxycycline Mono 100 . I informed ARNP that I couldn’t take Doxycycline can’t take Ultram r/t taking B/P medication, Anxiety, Depression. I was not happy with my visit.
Useless they don’t follow standard precautions with patients on blood thinners and head injuries,
This place is a waste of time and money, doctors and nurses were not helpful at all and only care about being lazy. Will never go here again. What good is an urgent care with a staff that doesn’t want to help or do their job
