Joshua Newby and his Medical assistant were just beyond expectations, it has been a while that I’ve felt that someone genuinely cared.. thank you. He took his time and explained symptoms and medication he provided, hard to find he’s humanity and care nowadays.
In and out super fast. Staff was so pleasant.
I have been to many urgent cares and the lack of hospitality from the front desk to the nurses we had such an unpleasant visit. Front desk lacked care, awareness and everything in between. Baptist is known to have the best employees, service etc they were far from that. To be a little more precise Olga Rivera, PA was a disappointment and a poor representation to Baptist Health.
